Il Falconiere is the creation of Silvia and Riccardo Baracchi — a family whose roots in this corner of Tuscany run deep. Silvia Baracchi has held a Michelin star continuously since 2002, making her one of the longest-running starred chefs in the whole of Valdichiana. She remains personally involved in every aspect of the restaurant, the estate, and the guest experience.
The property is a beautifully restored 17th-century villa, with rooms and suites spread across historic Tuscan farmhouses, independent residences, and the original villa building. Many rooms feature original frescoes, antique furniture, four-poster beds, and views over the olive groves and the Val di Chiana stretching all the way to Lake Trasimeno.
